ہم تلخیِ کلام پہ مائل ذرا نہ تھے

نگہ شرم کو بے تاب کیا کام کیا
رنگ لایا تری آنکھوں میں سمانا دل کا
انگلیاں تار گریباں میں الجھ جاتی ہیں
سخت دشوار ہے ہاتھوں سے دبانا دل کا
حور کی شکل ہو تم نور کے پتلے ہو تم
اور اس پر تمہیں آتا ہے جلانا دل کا
چھوڑ کر اس کو تری بزم سے کیوں کر جاؤں
اک جنازے کا اٹھانا ہے اٹھانا دل کا
بے دلی کا جو کہا حال تو فرماتے ہیں
کر لیا تو نے کہیں اور ٹھکانا دل کا
بعد مدت کے یہ اے داغؔ سمجھ میں آیا
